Finally nailed a VC. It's a strange feeling.

After nailing Daicos last Thursday night and Dawson last night as VC options it’s good to go into a round not having to worry too much about nailing a Captain.

I was pondering this earlier. Given how much premo carnage there has been, it doesn’t seem to have resulted in much additional opportunities for the young blokes!

Perhaps some of the returning premos will drop a bit, and there is an o***et in that respect.

It may happen but I don't think it will effect Mackenzie, With Will Day out for 2 weeks Mackenzie goes up the pecking order with the newbie behind him.

I would pick the following guys from that extended bench:

Mitchell (confirmed)
Scrimshaw
Mackenzie
Meek

Sub: Maginness

Emergency: Bramble, Long, Lynch

They have named Meek and Lynch who are both rucks so I would assume 1 is a backup to Reeves and would likely play.
Scrimshaw would be likely of the 8 and that means 1 of Mackenzie or Maginness is likely the sub imo.
