Pretty sure I’ll have the funds for:

Cowan > Roberts
Baker > Williams
Liam Jones > Dawson

Might be happy with my side for a week after those trades. Now just to get through the round with no injuries or spike scores from Baker. And Williams/Roberts to hold their spot for next week. What could go wrong?

Will grab Roberts and one of Johnson/Dy Williams. Leaning Johnson at this stage.

Unsure if i can boost to get to anyone so might just hold, which is bad since everyone else is upgrading but would like to wait for more cash rises and sicily/sinclair to drop again

Roberts likely in next week pending selection, if Williams does well I’ll get him too.
Might have to sideways Elijah Hewett to one of them, can’t believe I traded Chesser to him. Hopefully back in next week.

I wouldn't worry too much about "upgrades" you see on the forums. They're most likely people going too early on cash cows, who'll run out of cash for the best premo upgrades later, or they're using cash sitting in the bank from failed midpricers etc. So, not true upgrades.

Probably Callaghan and Ginbey out, try to get Oliver in but we'll see how the cash plays out.

Edit: just had a play to see if I could do it now but I'd need to take a $102k defender. So tempting but waiting to next week to shift a newly DPP Roo back and getting a decent forward rookie instead seems a touch smarter!

Think I’ll trade out some dead wood as it’s looking like all of my playing rookies still need to moo for one more round. At this stage it’s;

OUT: Bytel, Chesser
IN: Roberts, Johnson

Will also watch Williams too but I think the two mid rookies suit my team more than one mid and one fwd rookie.

Looks like Roberts and Williams in ATS, didn't want to lose MacKenzie yet but the sub rule has probably ruined his cash gen. Don't think Davey will be back for a while so he's the other lamb.
Day will move to the mid bench for a week and Sheezel to Def, opens up a Def/Mid link again after losing Chesser last week.
Should have over 400k to upgrade Wilmot > Daicos the following week.

In English or Laid for Marshall and rookie maybe.
i am hoping for a spike score by Marshall against carlton or port, then watch gawn come down in value when back and swap out.

Appreciate hard when English going well, paying top dollar. Prior years I chased Gawn at $750k mid season and then he was injured or put up a poor score. Oliver partially did this!yday.
