It’s funny how the elation of a game before can set you up for disappointment regardless of how silly you’re being.

I’d normally always be happy with 35 at half time from a rookie, but after Bont’s efforts last night, Ginbey needs to get a move on!

I think it you have head clash it’s automatically no suspension though isn’t it?

The contact with the head has to be from the shoulder or below.

Not my understanding of it. If a player intentionally bumps the onus is entirely on him to avoid head contact. If two players were going for the ball and looking at the ball then it could be called incidental contact but when one intends to bump that is entirely different.

C'mon Connor, make me proud for choosing you as VC and make up for not choosing Bont.

On the other hand, JHF, it might be time for you to lift your game or be traded
Yeah I gotta admit, it isnt a lot of fun to be owning JHF at the moment. Spends a fair bit of time struggling to score. I doubt there will be many points on offer for him to come home strong with this week, unfortunately. On the plus side, he neeeds 54 for his BE

JHF can really go missing at times

Ultimate burst player isn't he?

Could take him 6 years to build the tank and turn into Patrick Dangerfield mk II, until then he seems to have flashes of intense brilliance followed by lots of not much.

I went to the Port-Bulldogs game last weekend as part of the double header. Looks to be struggling with the game plan at times, eg, new club, young player, just looks a bit lost. Has elite disposal though and knows what to do with it when he’s got it. Tried to take the game on at times too. No doubt will be a Bont or Dangerfield to n 4-5 years.
