Despite the absolute carnage, I just hope this pushes me up a fair way, not expecting much, but I'd be disappointed if I can't crack past 50k from 59,322.
Trading out chandler instead of cowan was a mistake. Tom Green back, an upgrade and better rookie roulette should improve things. Im only trading out non best 22 rookies this week.
Trading in bont saved the round. 50/50 decision to bring in Roberts was annoying. Theres not much you can do about injuries. Phillips getting subbed with so little game time wad annoying. Starting Johnston was stupid but I had the flu.
Bad luck, you cooking this week or doing the laundry?
And just a random question, do you talk to each other when opposed each other in league clashes? 🤣
or just sleep in different rooms, change passwords, all the usual cloak and dagger stuff before the big contests!🤣
Caldwell will be a decent pick when he gets put in the guts permanently. Perhaps he'll get rotated through there after a good performance - and probably a week off knowing the MRO.
Also think that's why Setterfield's CBA's were down.
Caldwell essentially took Merrett's CBA's.
Setterfield started the last QT in Def as NDaicos was thrown forward, obviously he was the designated runner to go wherever NDaicos went. We saw midway through the last that he returned to the CBA when NDaicos line up there.
His overall game stats were consistent with his season to date. Merrett out actually hurt his SC scoring as he's one that actually uses the ball well from a Setterfield extraction. Also the Bomber's last QT fade out did no favour for any of their players as everything SC scoring wise was heavily scaled towards the Pies players as to be expected.
That would've been a 90-odd game on most occasion so it's right on his expected output and he still has the role.
