I don't understand the thinking behind trading out the comps No.1 forward? Surely there's another choice here?
Priced at about 125 and his previous best season is 102. For those of us with cash gen problems we have to look at ways to unlock value we already have. If he reverts to his historical average and you can replace him with a discounted premo who scores similarly for 100-150k cheaper it's a great move. I have looked at similar trade but don't think I have the guts to do it, given new club and role meaning we probably don't know his true ceiling yet, but I will definitely be looking at a similar move, probably with ziebell or gulden, in the next couple of weeks

Hopper listed out for 4-6 weeks so must trade him.
Parish listed out for 4 weeks so needs to be traded as well. This one hurts big time as my entire bye structure gets effected.
Davey Jr set to lose cash quite a bit of cash so will be trading him too. Especially if he continues as a sub.

I keep thinking that Dustin Martin might just be a value trade-in option. His form has been building all year, and he has been spending more time midfield than last year. With Hopper out, could he spend even more time in the centre?

I’m struggling to tell if I’m seeing him through yellow & black eyes or whether he is a left-field upgrade option. FYI, I’m thinking of upgrading Chandler to Martin.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I guess, if you believe in him and think he can play out the rest of the season, he missed a fair ole chunk of last year.
