Chris Scott has confirmed that Jordan Clark will line up for Geelong’s Round 1 clash against Adelaide this weekend.
The 20-year-old impressed in the club’s recent pre-season win over Essendon, picking up 29 touches in just three quarters of football and according to Scott, has left the Cats’ match committee with little option but to select him for his 22nd career game in the season opener.

“Jordan will play this week and we are excited to have him in,” Scott told the Geelong Addy.
“He is in terrific shape and has really developed, as we assumed that he would over a couple of pre-seasons…he had a couple of arm injuries that really stunted his physical development and it was a challenging year for everyone, last year, but particularly for him.”

Imo there shouldn't be a sub,but there should be a send off rule for any player who causes a game ending injury to an opposition player.
So you’re saying an accidental head clash resulting in one player getting concussed means the other player who isn’t concussed should be sent off for the rest of the match?
