Should end up on a decent score. A bit like Marvin the Martian, I keep waiting for the earth-shattering ka-boom to come this round, but it hasn't happened yet (fingers crossed for once it doesn't!) - I've had plenty of good starts before end up with a mediocre score. I originally thought Green being dropped may have been the start of a colapse, but the 75 I got from Powell was probably better than he would have scored anyway!

Highly doubt it's any chance of the weekly, before anyone suggests it, I would need a lot to go my way to even get close, but it's one of the better scores I've seen this week across my leagues (so far - still 1/3 of the matches to be played). I'm sure there are plenty of much better scores out there. I'm just hoping to stay in contention for a decent overall rank after not even scoring 2000 in Rd 1!

If anyone ever has a VC + EMG decision, it's easy to break it down

For example, Grundy 135 + sharp 20 = 155
Or
Macrae + Kosi

All you have to decide is do you think Macrae plus Kodi will score more than 155.

If yes, you captain Macrae and play Kosi, if no you leave the vc on Grundy and captain the non starter and take sharps EMG score

Missed his 100 the week before, copped yesterday's steamer, don't have a loophole tho, so these things will happen.
After that my next lowest scores are in the 70s, so it's a good week.

Haha so my plan to get Gawn VC via Downie loop was thwarted because I forgot to change emergency from Berry to Scott. So now gonna have to roll with Macrae as captain unless I want to take Barry’s score over Bont, Macrae or Fyfe 🤦‍♂️
