2238 Gawn C. Currently sitting in the top 1% in SC and DT so still very much in the hunt there. About the top 2% in AF so that require more work/luck to make ground with everyone double trading each week and playing the stock market game.

Took a hit across all 3 formats owning Young so I do have some short term challenges. Never intended to start a risky midpricer like that in all 3 comps but that's the way things shook out just before RD1 lockout with the lack of decent DEF rookies. Just unlucky to cop an injury there. But otherwise the 3 sides are in fairly decent shape with regards to structure, cash gen, the right premos etc.

2127 with 700k in the bank. Amazed I only fell 2k places.
Knew I would take a hit this round in order to restructure.
Bring in Gawn or Grundy this week for Hunter. If I don't get one in now, getting both later is going to be so hard with Hunter failing and making no money, plus bench rookies becoming slow burners.
Probably hold after the 1 trade.
Slight regret ditching Cripps but it was for Dunkley, if he looks better over the next 2-3 weeks that trade was probably wasted.

The rookie ruck experiment is over for me. With Meek only being an average rookie and Hunter completely failing there has been no advantage gained by avoiding G/G, even if both average only 115 from here it wouldn't matter. Meek/Hunter needed to ave 70+ up to R5-6 in order to be worth the punt.

Well done to everyone who had a good round.

Small drop in the rankings, but carrying Fyfe and Dangerfield so playing two less premiums.
Happy enough with my first two trades of the season, and where my side is structurally. Hoping once I get the full contingent on the park I can really consolidate and start the rise towards the Top 1000.

2191. Not bringing in Walker / Impey / Cumming hurt my side. Traded out Cripps and Daniher who went reasonably well. Brought in Ridley and Berry who did their role. Highmore out was a disaster. Six on field scores under 50. Dropped about 450 spots. Chapman is coming in. Thinking about Fantasia to someone like Impey because his re is so much better for sc. Never Imagined the Texan would break my super coach season!

2243 Campbell Brockman 29s on the field along with Clarry hurt big time. 3 DNP on the bench in Highmore, Hunter and Danger. Hanging out to get Danger back on the ground. Up another 3k spots to around 5500 overall. Reasonable start, still waiting for it all to come together. Cash gen is drying up. Waterman, maybe chapman or parks. Hunter is an anchor unless StKilda can give him two more games.
