The radio stats man said they review at the quarter break (not sure how they review the whole quarter or they "flag" the ones they need to look at).

I thought years ago their was a article saying their was a second scorer on 90 second delay who was making scoring adjustments at that time.

Doesn't @Goodie's Guns have a mate who works at CD , maybe he can find out on how they adjust things.
