Hard to say without seeing your team but based on that info I'd accept the donut and take Treakle.

BUT if there is someone else you would be happy to trade out and could get a premo for them with that 117k (one who didn't get you into trouble in a later bye round) I would definitely do that as well. At this point, what are you holding a boost for?

You make a valid point :) (and I was stupidly forgetting that I had 3 trades to use pre boost). My intent was to go trade frenzy in byes 2 and 3. My problem is that my trade out preferences are the likes of TDK and McCartin, but they are playing this week and will eek out a few dollars for next week's frenzy.

Maybe to "blow up this round" approach is the most sensible. I'd better actually plan it out for where I want to be in 3 weeks

Be interesting to see VC numbers tonight. English is first instinct but if Macrae VC looks a POD I will be tempted to go that route instead.
Current numbers:

Gawn, Dunkley, Miller, Petracca, (Cripps) are the next 5. 3.2% for Cripps is a waste of a VC, indicates lots of ghost ships I guess. Steele as 14th with 1.7% pretty much confirms it.

I think that I might just follow my Dream Team side this bye round. In Supercoach I have 19 playing, which includes 13 keepers and Fantasy isn't much better with 20 playing but the same amount of keepers. In RDT I have the full 22 playing which includes 17 keepers ... I probably won't be following that team over the next two bye rounds though!

Too early to bring Sincliar in.? Yes understand he is not playing ths week Odriscall and #35 to cull leaving SDK as cover from Rd14.

Finishes the back line, and may allow a sideways trade Dale to Hewett next week.?

Ok, the give away this round approach it is

I've looked at my trade outs and the shape of the byes and with the appropriate trades (and no carnage) I can have 17 (9 premo) - 22 (18) - 22 (22). This week is stuffed anyway, farewell Hayes and Tom DeKoning, welcome Darcy and Teakle.

Was thinking of bringing Gawn in for Pruess, but his numbers just don't seem worth it. 160 Port & 172 Hawks, both teams without a proper ruckman. Take them out and he's only averaging 101. Doesn't seem worth the risk given I don't think the upside is there this season
