You can't upgrade everyone at the same schedule, as long as he's still playing games it should work out fine. You don't want him turning into Highmore where he gets dropped and youhave to trade him with minimal return on investment or hold him for half a season to get the payoff.
If he gets one nice 85+ score in a few weeks he'll spike quite nicely to make way for someone else as well.

Is Gibcus a flop pick? We might get a 60-odd out of him from here, which would be his highest score so far, but at $171k starting price we're probably going to struggle to make $100k out of him and it'll take half the season.
