Luckily chose Steele over Cripps for C. No loop for Macca sucks, wasnt risking Hayes.

Very sad seeing any player get injured. Hopefully the injury is not serious and Cripps is back in a couple of weeks.
From an SC perspective, I don't have Cripps in my team because I hesitated and found excuses to not trade him in even after the strong pre-season, after two strong games in round 1 and round 2 and even before the start of this round.
Regardless of any trade decisions we come to, this game is based on a lot of luck.

What happened

Not late change in the Hawks - Saints game which would have resulted in Hayes playing, so all of our RUC / FWD / C loops hinging on Hayes not playing were saved.

Terrible night for Bluth Lodge but god I love this game sometimes. Lots of teams very similar this year but still plenty going on and plenty of room to play. Last night looked like it would be pretty inconsequential but then Gawn going huge (and Oliver and Butters and Bowey bad) really spices things up. Good luck to all who held and all who traded. Plenty to play out yet.
