Not relevant to SC team. Want to give a shout out to the Bombers Coaches for dropping Shiel.:cool:

Send a message, his presence screws up our mid team cohesion. Same deal when we play Devon Smith except he manages to screw both fwd and mid teams. Both these guys are depth only for us now and time to move on. Play the kids.

PS no more GWS player trades unless its Tom Green

I have English in my fwds, read somewhere he is not back now until Rnd 10-11. Should he be traded and if so who to?
I have
Fwds Dunks, English, Butters, Brodie, COGs, Rachelle, with Xerri/Rosas on bench.
Rucks: Pruess, Shaye, Dixon
Mids: M7-11 Berry, Martin, Ward, Stephens, Hewett.
Def: D4-8 Diacos, NOD, SDK, McCartin, De Konig.

Already used 2 trades - Jhaye/Grundy to Shayes/Oliver

Currently 22 on the pitch and 8 DNP on the bench. Thinking I could go, Parker, Heeney for English. Tempted to do parker. Still remember last year tossing up bolton v Zorko in rd8. Defined my year picking Bolton.
Read on this site earlier today that English was running laps.

Dixon playing means I can loop new recruit Greg Clark & not have to have him on field, using Rosas as F6 if I need him to be. Just an emergency short in the rucks now with Dixon moving forward as bench cover there.

Will be Clark vs Rosas on field it seems.

I’m guessing Gaff isn’t full match fit, if comes on 2nd quarter fine, if comes on last quarter I bet he also plays 60-70% tog in the WAFL. only risk really is a first quarter injury.
Watching FOX, the boys surmised Eagles are gun shy after the last couple of injured players coming back and not being up to full games. I see it the same way.

Rosas 2 70’s
Plays pies at the g
Plenty of space to run and link up and get tackles
Goal kicker

Vs

Dixon
Playing 2nd ruck
Decent presence
We suck (tigers)
Can kick a snag
Averages 70 over his last 3 games

It’s complete Friday night bias but think I’ll start Dixon
Would’ve done the same if it was Rosas playing tonight. I always get sucked in 😂

Wish I had a loop for him
