See Wogtalias Suns game review for the line on Touk, as he articulates the issues far better than I will.

In short, he's not right, possession count down from high 30's to mid 20's and he doesn't cover anywhere near as much ground as he used to. Kicking is also reduced in both distance and effectiveness. WT reckons he looks an awful lot like a bloke with OP which makes sense to me, but i'm no expert. Right now he's pumping out 95-105 so if you are happy with that output go for it.

As an owner, I will stick fat but come bye time he will be in the crosshairs unless there's improvement.
I watched his last game, he got marked down by CD a few times where he kicked to a contest but suns fwds gave zero effort. Also two simple marks dropped inside 50 which should've been two score assists.
He should've got 120+.

People who have had Covid in the past can get it again. So having Covid in the past, doesn't exclude you from getting it again.
I think the key here is that if they have had covid, then they will have a certain grace period (1-2 months) during which they will not need to isolate if they are deemed to be a close contact at the current time.
