Oh Ridley don't temp me. Only one game last year with more possessions. Seemed to be playing with more freedom (and ran harder than I had seen last year), but Saints had no real tall targets. Essendon also seemed more prepared to switch the ball compared to last year.

Looks better than this time last year imo, didn't win this much of the ball in the preseason last season or run as much to receive.

Im taking nothing out of the game except marshall and darcy are my R1+R2 and maybe how bad Essendon is.

I don't think we have a dedicated kick-in taker. Pretty much just whoever out of Ridley, Redman, McGrath and Hind (if he plays) is closest to the ball.

A lot of potential changes I've been making after yesterday involved dropping Oliver down to Parish .

Pre-season is pre-season so Parish could still be alright in the regular season but it isn't encouraging.

Urrgh i aslo have Parish in, i mean he's not going to get tagged every week and given its a pre-season game i assume he gives zero fs in trying to bother working to hard to break a tag. Conversely Jack Bytel is playing for his career and would be giving 110%. Even so a sideways trade to merret might be the option
