Definitely unexpected.

For mine it means they either go a little bit smaller (one of Collins/Ballard/Graham injured or dropped, my assumption is Graham dropped) or one of Long/Macpherson/Farrar/Constable miss out (all would be stiff IMO, unless there's an injury we don't know about.)

Since we already have clarity on Cowan's appearance tonight, would the best thing be to simply start him on-field (D6 for me)? Currently it's either him, McKenna or Wilmot for D6.

Good JS but the problem with Cole is that his scoring is poor. The last year he played he scored above 80 twice but below 45 six times. A quarter of your season below 45 is not inspiring. And that was in a year where Barrass missed 6 games, Hurn 7 games and McGov 6 games so no shortage of opportunities.

I too am contemplating this. Can always be fixed with a couple of trades. Could be worth a look.

I'm putting the E on Cowan. Don't think he will outscore McKenna/Wilmot by much (using your players mentioned), and if he does provide a big rookie score then I navigate that one tomorrow!
Don't trust him enough to start on field and get a score in the 30's on field in game 1 of the season.

Yeah Russty Chesser is playing .Thought I had a novel pick in Uwland as a non playing loop then he gets selected grrr ,might be ok now I check him out and yeo to cummings ,underated

Yeah I did see that talk, based off an Insta post I believe - seems it was spot on.

His JS is terrible, Powell/Weller back very soon.

Also worrying for one of Macpherson/Farrar/Constable/Long when they are back - the GC rebounders will have to impress in the early rounds.
