Copped Roberts on field, Johnson off field. Traded Baker and Pou out for them, no pts but some cash in hand for next week. Played rook-lotto with Wilmot’s score thinking surely this week Cowan will get his usual 51 or at worse get a comfortable 41/42 🤣
Oliver, Taranto, Hopper and Naicos to finish the weeekend, oh wait, this round goes thru to the middle of the week!
fingers crossed that everybody can lift their spirits in the remaining games and finish strongly for the round.

Are yeah, and I missed VC'ing Bont, because I reversed a trade on Friday... To be sitting at 19/1995 (Darcy) with Daicos, Taranto, Hopper to come I'm pretty stoked. Fantastic as I thought my round was shot after the VC blunder! I've copped some rookie rubbish, a couple of 30 odds on field, but I think that's unavoidable this round. Roberts on bench and Johnson recruits on the bench fortunately.
Tom Green on the bench as well, so totally a surprise this round.
Would be interested to see what the highest scores people have seen around are. I’ve seen a 19/1995 with Taranto Hopper and N Daicos left in SuperCoachScores02. Their team name is Randomcliche , had Darcy C and Bont, Kelly, Cogs and Cripps.

Hopper is an interesting one, I think if he gets to high 400's and you don't have cash gen to grab Steele in a few weeks time... you pull the trigger on him. But in the mean time I've got 4 onfield rookie spots that in desperate need of a fix - McKenna, Wilmot, Jones, Cowan. Next week is Will Day and two rookies. I think it will look like that for a bit with Sinclair and Sicily soon after... but cash cows are a little thin...
