Even though Leagues haven't started, they usually auto-filled at the end of Round 1, so all Leagues, bar any new ones created after Sunday, should be full.

I am in some leagues which still have gaps. I think they will get filled when the selected starting round occurs.

I think if its-a private league opposed to public?
The public leagues get filled as per Rowsus, not sure how the private leagues work this year, but previously they got auto filled as well.
