Trades likely to be between the following options
1.
Out: P Pritchard, A Sarr and A Black
In: A Mitchell, G Matthews and T Maxey

2.
Out: J Johnson, A Black and A Sarr
In: L Markkanen, T Maxey and G Matthews

I like the second option ...
- Markkanen or Murphy (if ankle ok) would be my consideration

I don't think Mitchell is a must and I've bypassed him for now

I've been exploring a few "handcuff" options

- Mathews with Bogdanovic injured ...
- Dunn with O'Neale injured ...

These two would get my preferred trades done for the round ...
- they would both be sitting on my bench ...

Could Mathews be a play over Knecht? I know both aren’t ideal.

Was considering Dunn instead of Mitchell, as you could consider to start him the following round with 5 games, I’m also considering Keon Johnson

Knecht to me thrives when one of LBJ or AD are out ...
- AD seems to be on a mission this year ... playing banged up but not being rested ...
Could AD be a potential downgrade and Sarr could take his place? Then I wouldn’t need Mitchell on the field probably

Leaning towards LeBron and Maxey. Brown also an option.

Could potentially wrangle moves to get Davis or Sabonis but both very high BE for a one week rental and would cost me Maxey to fund so I don't think ideal, LeBron with the rest hopefully is fresh for the 4 games.

Will target Durant next week and maybe Booker if he's playing for their 5 gamer, Giannis over Booker another option but that one I think will take a bit more musical chairs to pull off.

Pretty mid week this week with too many games missed and 2 SG who scored like they missed 2 or 3 games each as well... Alas that's the nature of the beast. Managed to hold steady in ranks at least.

Big play now is planning for the incoming r12 chaos of OKC/NYK overload.
I personally don't target high end 5 game players ...
- but they will be coming in off a 2 game week ...

This is the latest trade plan…

AD down to Maxey and Ricky Council down to Mitchell. Ideally I want Mitchell off the court so I could sell Cole Anthony to someone 13 mil or below (suggestions wanted!) or sell Cole Anthony, bring Knecht back to the field and downgrade Anthony to Dunn who has 5 games next week.

Thoughts appreciated lads!!

Or I just keep Sticky Ricky for their run of four games and have Knecht on the field (unless there’s a great option <13mil to trade him for this week)

Murphy for a player below $13mil is an option
- Risky but if he plays 4 games should score alright ....

Westbrook could also be an alternate cheaper option ...

Well being a Nuggets fan, Russ certainly tickles my fancy… I’ll check out Murphy too. Thanks!

I can actually afford some players in the 14 mil range. Is Murphy still a good option or should I splash out for Josh Hart or Jaylen Brown?

Not my best week, Knecht (45) helped to cover DNP Butler, but Brooks (15) hurt.

Trades this week, I am looking at
OUT: Dillon Brooks, Jimmy Butler & Jared McCain
IN: Tyrese Maxey, Keon Johnson & Alex Sarr
(I will have to monitor Brunson, hope he plays.)

All my on-field players will play four games this week and I will have $3,368,000 in the bank.
Next week, I hope to trade out Payton.

An update for 9 of my 10 leagues (all SCS members in them)

A mixed bag round for most of us with a share of blue and red
- a lot of missed games this round from Anthony, Black, Brooks, Curry, Daniels, Johnson, Morant, Porzingis, Sarr, Tatum and Wallace etc

Teams in the top 10 this round were
- @Lost In The Sky (6th)
- not far behind wast was @tso (16th)

Also a congrats to @mattdickster who is now the leading coach

The top league overall rankings will be covered in a subsequent post ...
- but this table will show rankings amongst league sizes only

I only overtook first place because he forgot to trade and left Sabonis captain 727 for the week and dropped him to 21st!
Didn’t have a great week myself missing games from Tatum, Daniels, Wallace.
Still have bench to cash out so gonna focus on that next couple weeks and not worry too much if ranking slips a bit.
Will be flying again in the morning so hopefully don’t miss any late news.

Thank you. Also leaning that way to avoid continuing to play a Black/Mitchell type price range at the guard position. Extracted just about all the cash from my bench (bar a couple of mil from Micic) so going forward likely limited to generating cash from one round rentals for schedules.
