I think so. I’ll be taking it. I am usually happy with anything in double figures but others around here might have higher standards.

Got up at 4am to check the team news - led me to Foden, Walker and Alvarez along with Haaland. Outcome not too bad.
Annoyed Stones was a non-starter for FPL, but have Chilwell as cover - could end up alright.

Landed on this. Given its my first year i nearly made a big mistake....before game 1 started but after 'lockout' i made two changes to get Foden & Torres in for Mitoma and Shaw but then luckily looked at the cost of the transfer and saw it was -4 points so i realised the changes wouldnt take effect for this round & given Foden didnt do so well, im bloody happy i looked at the transfers page carefully - especially since it was at 4:30 AM where i am. Bullet dodged!

Anyway, Im happy with my teams depth but Maddison & Mitoma need to perform for me to be very competitive. Chilwell will come into starting side from next round given Chelsea have a fairly favourable run after playing Liverpool.

Thought I'd try FPL this year, but not sure I can/will commit to it fully - EPL timings are not great and I know in the past I've missed the lock out of game weeks multiple times. Still a bit to get my head around, as I expected a bit higher scoring from the City players based on DT scoring.

Decided to not C Haaland due to the numbers on him, that didn't work too well. Hoping Luton do poorly, but they probably won't be bad enough.

Not expecting much, but here's my team.
