Certainly makes it look less risky in the long run....i can see a lot of teams flipping short/worst defender for whitfield as many sides already have a complete back 6... the fact that you will still have 4 trades left also makes houston less of a risk if he is injured/spuds it up too. I can see why you would want to go aggressive and bank the points now...I don't think you can go too wrong either way and you look like being set up well to have a crack at it on the run home! Trust your gut I reckon!

One of the few that seems to have been advantaged with the bye changes, r13 was my worse round while r14 my best, so having a the extra game in r13 has really helped me, now have 19 and 16 playing before trades this week.
Been pretty conservative with trades in this format so going to use my extra trades over the byes to try and be a bit more aggressive and see if I can capitalise on being setup well.

Highmore on the bench and my plan to flip Grundy to Whitfield (plan is to for Grundy back as soon as R15 if he comes back as planned) hasn't worked out well so far. I think I am tracking Ok without being great as plenty of negative PODs have scored well and missing highmore score hurts.
1225/12 thus far with Jones 46 taken out - Oliver C, Gawn, Crisp, Sidebottom, Poulter and Bianco to come. Currently projected 1935 which seems par to slightly better across my leagues. North of 2k this week should see some large rank jumps.
R14 is going to see some large score swings so I am trying my hardest not to be on the wrong side of it. The bye change for the tigs has hurt me and I may have to compromise my team. I don't really want to trade a sidebottom/short type but I will likely need to in order to get 18 on the park next week.

I am so screwed this round, 14 players pre trades assuming Parks, Reeves and Brockman miss.
I originally thought I might move Zorko and Heeney to x2 midfield premiums along with cashing Berry. Yet I currently have 4 zeroes in my midfield in Sidebottom, Berry, Laird and Bianco - Moving Berry means I have a full midfield unit so upgrading Heeney/Zorko to mid premiums doesn't help my cause at all.
Am keen on Danger but feel he needs some form first and Langford seems quite a risky play. Backline consists of Mills, Lloyd and Crisp so I am locked in with that too.
Going to need some friendly teams for me to stand any chance, rankings going to take a hit
Pretty annoying as pre byes I had Zorko and Martin bringing it to 16. Parks looked likely and brought in Reeves round 11 expecting him to play the following two games which would have given me 18 players pre trades.
