Not a required skill when he is a cult of personality. Need to remember the bosses love to hire all of the ex football luminaries on bloated salaries for the chance to rub shoulders. Then they have the gall to complain about the product when they never bother to change anything and their key broadcast team are a bunch of dimwits that still cannot understand the differences between calling on tv and on radio.
