Will Berry get midfield minutes?
Yes, he will, maybe someone they throw at Rowell?

But with a forward line of Keays, Rankine, Rachele, Burgess, Fogarty and Gollant + Pedlar & Murphy off the bench - it should see Berry play a similar role to the pre season game. Whether the scoring comes with that remains to be seen but he'll get solid midfield minutes I think (Rankine, Rachele, Pedlar could all run through the midfield also).

Murphy should probably be the sub but it wouldn't surprise me if it's Soligo.

Role is there for Williams, not really that surprising he faded out after virtually no footy for a year. Will only get better and build on that. Not the end of the world passing on Carroll, thought he was a chance at being subbed out like most. Will correct to him after the bye. Devastating for Gibcus, fortunately had him on the bench. Will look to loop the defender rookies for now and assess whether he needs correcting later.

Hoping everyone has a better round than tonight, good to have SuperCoach back.

Rearranged my team to bring in Hore, but now with Gibcus out I'll rerearrange it knowing that Gibcus can be Hore in the next couple of weeks.
Still going to be Reid,Howes,Hore,Coffield and Pink as pretty decent back rookies, I think even with Gibcus unfortunately out its a strong line.

Theres also a mountain of guys we should be able to swing post Round 6 so should be fine with only one more non best 18 round to navigate before DPP changes.

I wish I was 0 for 0! Hewett, Williams and Gibcus on ground. Traded out Carroll who had some good moments. I couldn't decide between fyfe and jordon so I just traded in lyons and Dempsey for fyfe and sharp!
You are a true supercoacher!
I was trying to fit in Hore and somehow changed to 3 players I had never considered! 🤔

She's gone heavy on the high end priced Rookies, and probably has too much coin sitting on her bench. Has 11 potential Keepers, so I guess that balances out a little.
Well I've got the Mckercher, Sanders, Roberts trifecta in M8 // bench and Xerri at R3, with 11, perhaps 12 keepers is you squint. I think she's nailed it. Albeit probably missed Carroll like me.

Gibcus disappointing, but many have him on field, so probably not too disastrous.
No Williams, so that’s a small win for now.
Campbel on the bench - just glad he kicked that late goal 😬
Spent most of the game just cheering for Carroll on the bench - hopefully keeps his spot and makes some cash

I live the Carroll score. Not enough to make him a rookie correction trade, but enough to be satisfying if you started him.

Options where running through my head as i watched the game last night after the Injury to Gibcus. Should we wait until DDP changes and move a Sexton or Roberts back to DEF and effectively save a trade or should we bring in a rookie for a few rounds to make some $$$ then swing back Roberts or Sexton when a replacement appears.?

Still have time to think it through, such a tough break for Gibcus after working so hard the past few months to get back into the team. Going to be very tough mentally for the Lad.
