I need to get Ryan. How he scores more than Banfield who had more disposals, and kicked 3 goals (including 2 important ones at the end) is crazy.
Next 3 he plays Richmond and Saints who I think give up the most marks. Tonight he didnt even get any intercept marks and still tonned.

Watching him run to the square every time they control the ball down back is infurating!!!

Not having a good run this year and I realised today's event in terms of number of players played may be the reason why...

Came into the day sitting on 4/357 with 15 players plus Comben on the bench today!

Thankfully, they returned a very healthy score of 1,783 with Dawson (c) to leave me at 19/2,140 going into tomorrow.

Bounce back games from Laird & LDU along with great tons from Cameron, Rankine, Fyfe & McKercher helped to build the base of the score.

I'm trying to celebrate every 'little' wins I can from this season. :)

Yep. Hurts even more as he was in my starting team, until Gibcus became a viable starting option. Haven't been able to get him in since then. Sometimes it feels like the SC gods are completely against us haha.

15/1537 Might change my team name to the Dempsey’s, starts off on fire but has now come to a grinding halt! Just to add salt to the wound I saw the news on Libba being a late out so thought I’d be clever and use my last boost up to get Macrae in for Sharp. Stewart and Reid back next week so hopefully a move back in the right direction.

Dawson, Walsh and Sweet all saluting on debut. Seems trading out Darcy over Dempsey was an error, although Q1 in the Cats game it looked like genius.

Completely stumped as to how to complete forward line. No Fyfe but surely you couldn’t go there if you didn’t start.

Could you????

The round from hell continues.

Keeping Sharp over Williams was a wrong 50/50 call. Needed bigger scores from Young/Clark/Jackson. New recruit Macrae disappointing as chose him over Dawson. Bont a fail VC so will need to decide between Miller Vs Heeney for C.

The positives, Darcy a lot better than I expected.
Serong & English with great scores.

Miller, Flanders, Clohesy, Roberts, Heeney & C left to play.

Looking like I'll be at least 200+ behind most ppl.

I nervously moved Sharp on, although, the Billings round 1 on the wing score made me hesitant. Time to go, unfortunately they choose not to kick to his wing. Good to see Serong back, something suggests we are still better off with the high calibre players than Dawson/Laird/Petracca (generally fades on knee) who still seem to be mixed on performance.

Played: M Gawn (C), B Howes, N Daicos, N Martin, T Green, H Thomas, Z Butters, J Steele, C Comben, H Sheezel and I Rankine
Yet to play:
Saturday: O Dempsey, S Walsh (new recruit), H Young, N Fyfe, M Bontempelli and S Darcy (WB)
Sunday: S Clohesy, T Miller, B Grundy, I Heeney and M Roberts

Sheezel excellent as usual and a great game from Rankine. Considered Bowes, Dawson and Macrae but settled on Walsh and will keep Dempsey this round.

Missed out on 52 points by keeping Dempsey over Williams and grabbing Walsh over Dawson but very happy I didn’t go for Macrae. Dempsey and Cadman for Sweet and one of Simpson/Jones/Hardeman should be trades sorted for next round. Fyfe is life once again and still have not found myself in strife with the selection yet. Ideally will continue to leave the fwd line as is (Heeeny, Rankine, Fyfe, Reid, Comben and Darcy) with Flanders the only forward upgrade target under consideration. Currently ranked 2536, so looks like a great opportunity to sneak into the top 1000-1500, with Stewart ideally returning next round.

Pretty meh, but not bad considering no Stewart this week. Finally get a score from the big ranga I shelled out 700k for. Also happy with Daicos, feel he is about to go on a scoring tear.

Was a scandal how they scored Macrae last night. Missed a couple of tackles, barely rewarded for hitting blokes lace out.

Rozee stings, but you don’t trade injured premiums during upgrade season.

That would be great and good for the game but hope they inform us as it would change a lot of starting selections. Tackles are worth 3 points but were 4 points and have been for a few years now but they never told the SC community.

8/732 today - disappointing. Powell to Sweet via Jackson looking like the move next round for me.

Flanders, Clohesy, Graham, Rowell, and Yeo to play.
You cannot change the rules of a game mid season. That’s not fair play. They made these stupid rules . Many have picked their starting players or players like Ryan, Houston Sheezel based on that.
