2340. A rare good round for me. Lost one league by 4 and another by 1 (was tied before scaling). Won all the others.

1254th for the round, up over 11,000 spots overall to sit just inside the top 8,000. Could really do with a couple more of those, where I avoid a lot of carnage that others cop. Doubt it happens.

My Green to Neale trade last round did pay off this round at least. It cost me 88 points in Rd 7, and a lot of frustration, but gained me 163 this round, so it's a net gain so far. Hoping over time it works out, but still a bit sceptical, especially if Green doesn't miss any games with this injury. Bit surprised Neale is only in 2.6% of teams, as he looks every bit as good as other years (only one score below 100, right after I traded him in).

What prompted you to jump off Green last week? Do you see any visions of players getting injured in this round?

High BE, two down games in a row, I was in a bit of a rush to make any trades and thought I'd jump off, bring him back in a few weeks later if he found form, didn't really think it through. Wasn't the smartest decision I'll admit, it has ended up alright so far, but not through any sort of skill on my behalf, all luck.

Phillips & Lazzaro were 2 of the best players in North's VFL side on the weekend so suspect they get a recall :-

Midfielders Charlie Lazzaro and Will Phillips were prolific in their return to the VFL side. They racked up a combined 57 disposals and 13 clearances, and both kicked a goal, with Lazzaro also contributing 11 inside 50s.

Stephenson hardly touched it & Shiels looks just about done to me so would expect at least those 2 to make way for Phillips & Lazzaro this week. I was looking at trading Powell this week & now that I have read Phillips has had a big game in the reserves it solidifies my decision.

2198 for me after a weekend away missing lots of footy. Traded in Green which sucks but a small climb into the top 1k for the first time this year was a nice surprise.
