There might be a misunderstanding with first gamers.
Your best target is usually 2nd gamers, as they can have negative B/E's.
As a rough example:
Stack started at $170k, and would have had a 1st game B/E of around 30 (I haven't calculated it exactly)
He will now have a B/E of -25 (once again, I haven't calculated it)
The point is, first gamers have + B/E, and are no guarantee of rising in price, but a good to moderate 2nd gamer will have a - B/E, and only has to play to go up in price.
Using Lockhart from Melbourne as an example:
Rnd 2, his first game, he scored 32, but only went up $4k.
Rnd 3 his second game, he scored 67, and went up $29k

Only slightly ahead though with a 11,179 ranking and bleeding cash in a few of my preferred choices .... Rucks ...
