Really? So you can field a player not even playing in the finals? Interesting but I actually don't have any bench players not in finals.

I've been in the top few percent each of the last few weeks, and made some seemingly-sensible decisions, but have manage to dodge all the big scores so far this round!

All players from the 5 teams competing in the finals will be available to select regardless whether they are named in the XIII or in the case of the Strikers who have the "bye".

You can keep any of your current players from the other 3 teams as long as you want unless you trade them out.

I assume they will stay locked so you wont be able to bring them onto the field once the round starts?

would just use them to take up a spot on bat/bwl bench so you can only have the 1 score as ae

eg Bat 5 ? player
Bat 6 Heat/Hurricane
Bat 7 donut from 4v 5 or Green , Sutherland etc if you have him

if your loop doesn't work , change bat 5 to someone playing the 1 v 2 game

All players are locked out at the start of 1 v 2 would mean that is after 4 v 5

you VC someone from the 1st game , then put the C on the worse of your onfield donuts or a player from 1 v 2 if they all fail

4 v 5 are all locked at the start of their game

Do you know for a fact that all teams except for 4v5 will be locked out at the start of the 1v2 game? Team 3 effectively has a bye and would remain unlocked like any bye team I would have thought. Similarly any players in your side from teams that missed the finals should also remain unlocked.

Yes I do.

4 v 5 play first , so the other 3 teams will be unlocked until the start of 1 v 2

they can't take Scorcher , Renegades and the other team players out of your team or Nevill unless you trade them out.

I’m pretty sure players are not locked and only teams 4 & 5 will be locked when that game commences ... but that is based on memory so I had better go and check!! Team 3 is a good question ... I will see what I can find.

4 v 5 only players locked at start
1 v 2 all other players locked from the 3 remaining teams plus any players from the 3 non finals teams that you have kept eg Green , Sutherland.....if you accidentally trade them out they will vanish

yeah sorry read that first quote as if you thought the 1v2 game was first and that everything was locked at start of first game of the round except for the teams yet to play being 4v5. Rather then being that 4v5 had played already, so being the only thing not needing to be locked at 1v2.

i know how to loop so all good no need to explain that, just wanted to know about the non playing teams so thanks for clarifying about that. Ill be looping in reverse with all 3 spots by having popular players like short/wade/lynn(if salary cap stretches that far) on bench and hope they fail, if they dont can still take there score if i want it but might be able to make some ground up if they post low scores
