Yeah, here it is:

I've finished top 1% in all 4 seasons I've played B.B.L.S.C. and made every Grand Final in my league, so I'm surprised to see so few having more than 2 players that don't have a decent schedule. O_O
Nice side

cant really fault any of Inglis , Hales , Sams & Tye

4 Stars + 2 Hurricanes , a lot are probably going a combo of 7/8 + a Striker player to give a head start on Round 2.

I guess it then depends a lot on your trade plan for Round 2 & 3.

Honestly, I'm starting to believe my technique is inferior now, if you're all doing something different. I want to now get rid of at least one.

I think I'll put Davies on the bench at the cost of Bryant; replace the now on-field Bryant to someone like Meredith (or maybe I can't afford him, so McDermott?); replace Will Parker (who's on the bench) for a striker-bowler: Worrall?; ditch either Sams, Hales or Tye – (leaning the latter) – for Stanlake. That'll leave me with only 3 players who don't have a great schedule early. What do you think?

I think I'll put Davies on the bench at the cost of Bryant; replace the now on-field Bryant to someone like Meredith (or maybe I can't afford him, so McDermott?); replace Will Jacks (who's on the bench) for a striker-bowler: Worrall?; ditch either Sams, Hales or Jacks – (leaning the latter) – for Stanlake. hahaha if you have been Top 1% in all 4 seasons , we should be following your approach 😀

I would probably keep Inglis , Sams & Tye then see what Hales & Davies can get you.

You should probably stick to what works best for you though , and not necessarily change it to what others are doing.

Hopefully a few get sucked in 😉
Spend less on WK1 , spend more elsewhere.

Almost tempted to just start Carey on my bench and be done with it (yes I know he misses the first game of Round 2)

Harper could be tempting though if Finch is out.

Do Philippe & Inglis match last season's outputs ?

McDermott/Handscomb batting too low ?

Fletcher doesn't convince me.

Billings will bat to low when he arrives.

Pooran too expensive and might even play less than 6 games.

Go cheap for the first few rounds then re-evaluate.

Squads are going to change left , right and centre in the next few days so might be better off waiting until Wednesday night to make a final decision.

With $100 to spare
Banton mia makes lachy at WK an option
Ben the tease fails, Andre slides in to WK1

I'm close to happy (no copying 🤣)

I'm starting to see it now, when people say they only have 1 or 2 players outside the Stars or the Hurricanes. Honestly, though, I see no potential in either Hinchliffe or Fletcher. Faulkner's a bit pricey – prefer Meredith... But yeah, that's a really good side. Don't know how people are going to get rid of 6 Stars by Round 3. Leaves you no room to trade someone ELSE out. What if you make a mistake via injuries, international call-ups, or poor form?

Renshaw at B.6... That's tempting, but prefer Wes Agar at that price. Very interested to see what other people have at that position – "which Adelaide bowler are others holding for Round 2?"
