Hmmmm....wasn't he granted an exception a couple of years back to be released from the test squad to play the strikers NYE game?

That was the plan , 3 games at Adelaide Oval.

At least it came out now to allow some planning and not when the round had started.

If I had Sams I'd seriously consider going all the way down to Cutting, frees up alot of cash and don't think you'll lose a great deal of points with increased overs and batting position likely.
