No mention of Abbott (who you'd think would be round 6), but for the others:

Richardson - Round 6
Marsh - Needs clearance for round 6, definitely round 7
Webster - Round 6
Smith - A chance for round 6, definitely round 7
Konstas - Round 6, game 2
Marnus - Round 7
Khawaja - Round 7
Carey - Round 7
Lyon - Round 7

Cummins, Starc, Hazelwood, Boland, Head all considering varying degrees of unlikely.
Awesome summary 🤗

I’m planning to loop Walter tonight, but thought I’d check whether anyone thinks I should do so on my bat line?

Lynn is a trade out for me, so he could come back as a donut if I want to take my bat E over my BWL E.

With that gloomy weather for Weds... could you do another Cane player instead of Walter?

Interesting idea, thank you.

I’m less worried about the weather than some people seem to be. At last check the BOM had 20% chance at game time, so I’m inclined to loop a volatile player like Owen and/or an underachiever like Walter.

Hmm this seems to be a dodgy setup as it forces you to take Walters if wanting to do the C loop. I assume Shaw can’t be used.

Edit: maybe that was your Q, I think it makes sense to put the weaker E in the bat line and Owen in the bowl line (in case you have to take it).

Looks like everyone going Warner. Ranked just outside top 300 so maybe need to take him as safety

Thanks - it’s essentially whether Walter should be BAT E or BWL E at this point. He plays early and has been underwhelming, so I think he’s an obvious one to loop.

I can just switch he and Owen as things stand to set up those two loops.

I traded out Lynn in the bat line, and have Doggett in the BWL line, so I can switch my Striker donut between the two if I need to.

I wouldn't have 3 hurricanes and Doggett on one line. You are down to 10/11 players if it washes out with Bethell stranded.

Put Chaudhary on bat line for one of your onfield DPP. The spare (E) for Phillipe if needed

Weren’t the first DPP additions after round 3, so am I right in saying that after round 6 is the next DPP addition window and Finn Allen would get WKP status? Is 1 game out of 7 as a keeper enough to qualify him?

That would be the only concern but wouldn't know how they'd adjudicate that. But surely logic would prevail. But not getting my hopes up as there have been a few who have randomly bowled a few games such as Turner off the top of my head and he never got DPP status.

Xavier Bartlett vc tonight. Going light on Thunder and don’t love Agar or Billings as a captaincy option. Will reload on J Richo tomorrow night if he fails.
I rate this and think I’m gonna do the same. Was really keen on fading thunder and think I may as well back a Heat player if I’m going to do so.

Out: H Thornton, C Lynn and P Walter
In: M Neser, C Green and O Davies

Considered J Richardson but felt I better grab Neser with Walter out for an avenue into the Heat bowling lineup. Green for another Thunder bowler to join W Agar. Davies on the bench with the E as of thirty seconds to go. Started at M Gilkes replacing T Seifert with Bazley traded, then moved to Rutherford with the E if he pinches some overs. Then moved to Christian in the same spot for similar thinking and then ended up with Davies in the dying seconds. Kerr/Harper ready to come on field if Davies/Zampa are not to be banked.
