Not saying you're wrong and honestly I think it'd do him the world of good to be away from the bright lights and work on his game for a bit - but this is exactly the kind of criticism that was often levelled at Maxwell and when he tried to play "normally" he only ended up worse. I'm not sure it's as simple an either/or as that.
