Literally LOL at the two posts above :D

I gotta say, big bash is becoming as frustrating a fantasy sport as EPL,...and that's saying something lol. Looks like we have 2 games today though which is a bit of a bonus!

1.45: Hurricanes v Renegades
7:40: Thunder v Stars

Finch (c), Murali, Doolan, White, Bird, Hastings, Bollinger

Currently on 282, reckon i'll need about 500 from them not to drop overall again :(

i suck at SC but i really really suck at fantasy cricket ! lol
Agreed Maso, this fantasy cricket is just plain weird !
Total points after 2 rounds = 708 and currently last in the SCS group.
Is good to be able to sit back and swear at the tele again though when one of my batsmen go out.

I still enjoy it, but the luck factor in this game is hugeee!
Especially with players missing for international games and the like.

Coulter, Maxwell, Finch, S.Marsh, Faulkner, McKay, Doherty all will be missing chunks of BBL due to ODIs!

I've gotta move out Finch and Maxwell before the ODIs start

I need White to go massive as my opponent (who is on 798 lol) has him warming the pine. Also need Wright to fail and Hastings to go massive to be any chance to win. I got Buckley's!

Arrhhh!!! Had to do today's trade earlier than I would have liked, at around 1pm and now find out that the guy I traded in isn't playing. Went Rose to Sandri, would have been nice if he did get a game, even if it was only one more coz he should have a handy price rise. At least I won't have any donuts considering the wasted trade for now.

Arghhhh!
Traded Bollinger to Malinga for a big fat 0.
Bollinger got 52 to add insult to injury.

It's amazing how terrible my trading in this competition is LOL.

Ouch! Hodge out would be very painful but I can see your thinking with the price drop.
I would've scored more if I had kept my starting squad!

The final round of Big Bash finishes Jan 27th.

Then Australia and England play best of 3 T20 games on 29th Jan, 31st Jan & 2nd of Feb.

Semi-Finals of Big Bash after that on 4th and 5th Feb

So what do we think about player availability leading up to the first ODI?

The likes of S Marsh, NCN and Maxwell are in the ODI squad.

The Stars play 9th Jan and the Scorchers play their second R5 game on 10 Jan. First ODI is 12 Jan.

Scores now updated. Have gone from last to 2nd in our SCS league. (not confident of staying there though)
Hobart have the bye this round while Sydney double up.
Worth bringing in Hazelwood as the sixers play twice ?

BTW, Finally off the bottom of the ladder in the SCS group - thanks Capt Finchy.

Very happy with my score this round, 859. Moves my overall ranking up to 127 and only 296 points from first. With a game like this where we have a rolling lockout, DGW and VC, C scores that can be looked at and assessed I'd like to think I am still in the hunt for a good overall finish.

Just something to note, Trent Copeland who plays for the Sydney Sixers is currently ranked 18th overall in the BBL Fanatsy.
