This is interesting, because I did put the wicket booster on, and the game was very clear that if you did that you wouldn't be able to take it off later!
My advice to you all, if you want your changes to stick, make sure you only use one device for all your moves. I think the issue was I was trying separately on my phone and laptop and it couldn't decide what I wanted. At least my team looks right!

I was using 2 mobiles lol, just had to refresh to see the changes. But for the life of me couldn't see my Set 2 team this morning, nor the manage my team button. I'll have a go again, but this fantasy game is definitely not designed for mobile use.
ps I have no idea in terms of a lot of players and their fixtures, so apologies if I'm dragging everyone down.
