Unsure what structure I will head in with or how I will use the two transfers at the completion of the first round but have currently selected one player from each quarter.
D Chisnall- Performs very well in the double in format, reaching the final twice (2013 and 2019) as well as the semis on two occasions (2016 and 2020).
D Van Duijvenbode- Reached the final last year and can go deep again this year if he can exploit Dimtri’s doubling trouble if they face each other in the second round.
K Ratajski- Prefer to avoid this quarter given all on their day could take it out but have been very impressed by Ratajski in the big TV majors this year and from the limited matches I can recall is usually very solid on the doubles.
M Van Gerwen- Back in form after a long absence without a title, cheaper than Price and Wright and in what looks to be an easier quarter to navigate than the rest.
