Hi all, I was the random numbers, have updated the team name. I've been part of the league for a few years, generally don't contribute much on here but often read through. Lost interest last year when games began getting rescheduled left, right and centre. Back on deck and looking forward to the season. Good luck to all.

Amazing how much my team has changed with less than a week to go...
- Buendia not selected for Villa in the friendly tonight - talk of a minor injury,
- Lautaro Martinez poised to sign for Spurs, quality striker - Kane off to City more likely now I'd say,
- What price will Lukaku be?
- Like others have said, Grealish looks a great option in the mids - looking for a way to get him in Rd 1 (pricey, but not many other mids appeal)
- Sooooo many value forwards, it's doing my head in! Oh well, a few more days to ponder...

You can't dump Salah. Need two good capt options. With Kane and KDB now confirmed out, and with Pool playing cannon-fodder Norwich, he's a must have.
Jack's role at City will also be quite different to his role at Villa. At Villa, he did everything. At City, he'll warm the bench and peel oranges.
All the guys you mentioned have excellent potential, but are too inconsistent or have tough first 3 GWs. Of that lot, I like Benrahma the most. In good form and WHU have good fixtures, but he's still too risky of being benched.
As for City, yes, too risky for me too. But they're at home against NOR and I want one of them for a capt's punt. Could be Mahrez or Torres, but haven't written off Gundy just yet.

I love Perreira, but he might not be the player he was a few seasons back. I'd prefer to wait 2 games and grab him if he's gonna skyrocket.

Barnes is the man for me. Always improving. Unfortunately, always breaking down too. But so is Maddo (hence he'll be a perfect fit for soft ARS).

I have a very similar team, but will go Mane or Jota instead of Bailey, and will likely flip them for a City attacker in week 2.
My plan this year is to chase the whipping boys, and I think NOR are the ones.
But WOL have also been decimated, and with Patricio and Nuno gone, they could be one of the relegation contenders.

Dele feels like he is at that price.
Canos is value. Mbuemo is even better. Could be used as a 2nd striker and a better option IMO. But both are great. Nothing wrong with getting both. Both should be nailed.
ARS and NOR have tough fixtures IMO. I'm staying away and going for players I think I can flip for a good profit. But both will find themselves in my team, eventually.
