ok- oops re v and vc move... got ti. Such a newbie I am. @Connoisseur thank you.

RE formation and sub - thank you @Ironhawk . So replacing Cantwell will see me take the 20 odd points? So for Cantwell - her's my price point - any advice? actually, because I am clueless - it makes sense to leave team as is... yes?

I would like to defer loophole recommendations to @vsberlina as I am out of my depth given my limited knowledge about the players/game but I think the best course of action would be to grab a player that allows you to turn Amartey into another Leicester defender such as Bertrand or Pereira.

I’m in the same boat with looking for a donut mate. The criteria I have used is based around Vardy. I want to take advantage of being able to loophole him should I choose to VC him in week 3, hence I have gone for Wolves Jordao at base price. If there is something that can help you with future C/VC decisions then that’s probably best.

If Havertz doesn't play, Cantwell to Havertz seems a good choice. Odds are he gets subbed in though, so you'll need to check the bench too. Teams will be available 11PM EST tonight for Chelsea and another 9 teams, do you should have plenty of certain non-players to choose from then.

Great - I will try to be there at 9pm China time. Proabbly don't get the little green and amber dots that we do in SC though I suppose. Thanks @Ironhawk

Yep, spot on. If Havertz is on the bench, too risky to field him. If CHE are chasing a win, he'll see some time.

If you have the LEI GK, go a BUR MID. Gives more options to loop if you still have the non-starting MID in a few week's time.
But looking at them, there's no 3.5m and they are all potential starters, or will sub on. Doh!

LIV, then LEE have the next latest fixtures. Sheyi Ojo is your man.
But likely, that position will be the one to become a City MID next week, so it's no big deal.
But best to dot Is and cross Ts. Never know when the plan has to change and you want all options open.

Just want to be prepared for the highly likely event that Sancho is coming off the bench tonight. Do I stick or twist?

Current midfield is Bruno, Sancho, Mbeumo, Canos, donut.

Can afford anybody with my bank. Thoughts on Sancho, or a different option like Grealish in prep for GW2? Bloody midfield😂

So it looks like I'll be ending up with 4 Pool DEF this GW.
I'll likely still run with Gomez, as he either will start and hopefully get good pts, or he won't play and won't lose me cash.
But he will most likely become Pinnock before the (likely) price rise.
They're both the same price, and with Pinnock being so cheap, he'll likely rise a lot more than any other DEF that gets 20 odd pts.

Pinnock might be the perfect getout clause to Tsimikas, should it look likely Robbo is back

Both in my 'stay away' category.

Pep has always taken time to bring new transfers into starting lineups. Being Jack means jack IMO. He'll start when Pep thinks he understands the game plan 100%.

I'd be taking a punt on a WAT MID like Cleverley or Sema. WAT have at least 3 good fixtures so can be kept longer.
If they do well (and their past stats so they can) you'll see a good price rise in GW4.
Your donut spot can be used in GW2 to then get the City MID you want.
Don't try guess which City MID will start. Pick when you see the lineup.

Doubt Robbo will be back early. It's a 6-8 week injury, maybe 4 with proactive treatment (which they'll likely do).
With the international break, it's pointless bringing him back for GW3.
If he doesn't play that week, he gets 3 extra weeks rest.
Pool do play CHE, so maybe Milner will play there if Tsimikas isn't up to scratch.
But long term, even Tsimikas' spot will likely go to another DEF of similar price, who performs well over the next 2 weeks.

Hoping Vardy does well and forces me to keep him.
Rather than chase 2 City attackers next week, might be best to get 1 and Pinnock.
Then I can chase 2 price risers in GW3, to have 3 risers for GW4.
Then it'll be transfers to flip profits or chase more risers.

Canos is an absolute legend. Not only for the pts, but for saving a transfer.

Tierney's stats off the chart. If he had Auba and Laca, he'd have an assist or two. One to watch.

Couldn't understand the hype for Ben White, given ARS first 3 fixtures. Was never on my shortlist.
Away to a Sunday League ground was always going to be tough. CHE & City next.
GW4 and after was always going to be the time to grab ARS assets, and hopefully cheaper.

Oops! LIV play first in GW2, so Ojo will be locked and you won't be able to transfer him to a City MID. I got too fancy with that one.

Sticking to the Europa League sides might be best. LEI or WHU. I have a LEI GK, so might go a WHU MID.
Nathan Holland fits the bill. Unlikely to feature at all and only 3.5m.

Unfortunately, City and BRE play at the same time so can't loop Canos or Mbeumo again.

I’m wondering on that basis if you bypass a City mid option to have a look at Brentford against Palace. There’s 5 matches after Brentford to get off the donut if needed.

It is an option. I guess we'll wait and see how Pool go against NOR, and how City go against Spurs.
If Pool & City put them to the sword, it's on like donkey kong to get City in.
