Cullum Mills was a lock, I'm not sure now.
How can you manage the training loads when you have mild plantar fasciitis?
Rest is needed to recover.
Googled: mild plantar fasciitis recovery time
A mild case of plantar fasciitis typically takes 6-12 weeks to recover with proper treatment, including stretching and rest, with most people seeing significant improvement within the first two months.

Key points about mild plantar fasciitis recovery:
  • Early intervention is key:
Starting treatment early with rest, ice, stretching, and supportive footwear can significantly shorten recovery time.

  • Pain management:
Over-the-counter pain medication like ibuprofen can help alleviate discomfort while healing.

  • Physical therapy:
A physical therapist can provide specific stretches and exercises to strengthen the plantar fascia and calf muscles.

  • Footwear considerations:
Wearing supportive shoes with good arch support can help reduce strain on the plantar fascia.
Factors that may affect recovery time:
  • Severity of the condition: More severe cases may take longer to heal.

  • Activity level: Maintaining high-impact activities during recovery can slow down healing.

  • Age: Older individuals may have slower healing times.

Yeah I'm having a re-think of my backline now without him in it, if he does start ok with a couple of decent scores, I'll pick him up then.
