- Steele inside mid, looks fit and hungry, scoring could explode this year
- Gresham playing on the ball, looks great (1 goal)
- Billings mostly wing? (1 goal)
- Parker leading forward, limited possession (1 goal)
- Roberton barely sighted (22SC)
- Pierce off with concussion
- Goldy looks fit (hard to judge with Pierce off)
- The extra run of the NM new boys Polec, Hall, Pittard is noticeable
- Ziebell continuing as a fwd this year
- McKay key back, won't get much of the ball

Looks like Roberton will have to play a key defender type of role in the absence of Carlisle.

Yes this happened last year so off the list for me too. Was hoping for more from Battle but he hasn't done much.
Steele has been in and out of my team all pre season and I like what I am seeing a lot there... he is in front to be one of my break out punts this year along with a few in the backs

Great summary...a couple of rookies to add for me are Nick Hind (looks a bit unco but I like his dash off hbf..something the saints don't have a heap of) and Bailey Scott ( not sure on JS but 14 touches to half time)

Agree he burned me last year but so did Robbie Gray And Elliot Yeo before they broke out. The saints have a better coach this year and if he finally kicks straight he could defintiely average 100. I like the pick
