The knights are always having issues with their halves - not good for Brailey or them.

Who fills his spot now?

Who else is there?

Maybe a reshuffle with one of the cheapies mentioned?

8 months is September, 5 is June.
"With Connor Watson leaving the club for the Sydney Roosters over the summer, it leaves Chris Randall, who was re-signed for two more years in November, all but certain to wear the No.9 for coach Adam O’Brien this season."

A good starting point - watch it change 30 times between now and the first game!
Have a few of the same players pencilled in. I don't think I'll touch Cleary at his starting price. Hopefully he will be available at a cheaper price a month into the season.
I am going to try and save some money on HFB and use someone like Hughes here and spend the savings at 2RF and CTW.
Randall will be very popular to start the year at Hooker.
My rough team has the same starting FRF - hopefully set and forget for a while.
Good luck.

I'll be fading Cleary early doors, as the timeframe between surgery and round one is pushing the limits for such a significant injury. Keary looking like he'll only just make it back to full fitness as the trials begin, so probably a watch and see.

A bit too early in the preseason for me to have much more input than who to avoid injury wise.
