Would you consider Smith and Eski and then splashing the saved cash elsewhere?
I've suggested this scenario as well which gives me about 100k to splash around but I cant seem to figure out where to use it
current structure for my other lines are
MID: 4-2-5 (2 mid prices are libba and wells)
RUC: 2-0-1
FWD: 4-0-4
*
(DEF: 2-2-4) = having smith and eski
or
(DEF: 3-1-4) = having kk & smith or laird & eski

I'm sort of leaning towards Laird and Eski but in saying this im only choosing this cause i feel as if i might be risking too much in the defence going Eski and Smith

Scott Pendlebury vs Patrick Dangerfield vs Nathan Fyfe?
I think it's important to have 1 of Fyfe and Danger for a captaincy option alongside Gazza. We don't know if Rocky will start the season slowly as usual.

Between Fyfe and Danger, I've got Danger due to Fyfe's current injuries and injury history. Fyfe is a more reliable scorer though.

If I were you, I'd find a way to fit in Pendles too, as he's super value.

How much value do you see in Pendlebury? I say he is about 60k underpriced at most, which is good, but I think there are better options.
I think I can handle Pendlebury or Dangerfield averaging 118-120 for the first few rounds before I grab them, but not sure if I can say that same about Fyfe, whose ceiling really worries me.

Doesn't Danger have a history of starting slowly also?

Pendles averaged 124+ from 2011-14 so should go back to those scores, or at least close to it. That means he's under priced by an average of 8.

Danger, on the other hand, could easily fall by 5 given he's at a new club. Fyfe's injuries could see a similar fall (he might retain his average, but we would be forced to play a rookie or use a trade when he gets injured).

So overall, Pendles is better value by an average of about 13, which is equivalent to 70k or 299 points across the season.

However, Pendles is useless for the loophole because he never gets 130+. I think it's critical to fit him and Danger/Fyfe in the side.

That is true, Danger generally takes till rounds 5-7 to go big, but when he does, he goes really BIG! My concern is that Rocky will be up and down throughout the first half of the year, and perhaps even injured at times.

B.Smith, Malceski, Lobbe vs K.Simpson, Rookie, S.Martin
Tough one.

I don't mind Smith and Malceski but I have gone cold on Lobbe. Prefer set and forget.

So I'd probably go with the Simpson, rookie, S Martin option.

Option 2 sounds best. 2 premos pretty much guarenteed plus cash generation
Option one is not worth the risk I think smith has a terrible early draw, Eski is the best of the three and going by the reports from ports intraclub lobbe was useless option 2 hands down

What has made you cool on Lobbe Ben? Something about him, or more of a structural thing?
