Laird at this point has played one full game since his niggles after being subbed out the week prior - surely he needs to earn a bit more trust back first?

I’ve gone from VC Marshall, to Walsh, now Gulden.

My logic is SCG is a postage stamp, not great for Walsh’s spread, so Errol in close to go 150+

(Apologies in advance for anyone who also has Gulden VC when he gets subbed off 3min in Ala Callum Mills)

Yep, with O'Neill being dropped, Merrett will hopefully go big, so I am going VC into Laird as Captain

I've just realised I can't do Merrett into Laird all because I have Baker playing on Saturday night. If I trade Sharp on the ground after Merrett smashes it, then I will get Bakers's ******* score.

So, as a result, I am going Gulden into Merrett. I can use DPP with Humphrey if I take Gulden's score

Think I'll just take a stab at Walsh and hope he can go 150 to make up for his disappointing score last week.

Marshall/Brayshaw into Merrett

Not sure for the VC. Loop C would be Madden who’s game starts 2hrs 25mins after Brayshaw so would have to decide that around halfway through the 4th. No worries for Marshall.

Was going to be Bont/Laird as C, but with O’Neill dropped leaning towards Merrett.

This may well work, although it looks to me like Gulden’s SCG stats are quite close to his overall career stats:

Depends on our aversion to risk and what arbitrary match or score limit is set before Laird can be “trusted” again.
