Is it really a race?
I see it more like 3 clubs standing around saying:
"Do you want him?"
Rubs his chin "Dunno. Do you want him?"
3rd guy "He'd be OK, I guess. But I don't want to give more than a 3rd round pick to get him"
1st guy "Yep"
2nd guy, still rubbing his chin "yep"
3rd guy "Bombers will be asking for 1st round picks"
All 3 laugh, and say in unison "Yep".

How reliable is this person anyway? Seems these tweets were the 2nd-5th tweets on the account.
I'm not a huge fan of Stratton as captain, he shouldn't have been captain this year after his pinching episode last year. He likely has 1-2 years left max anyway, and to be honest could easily have been dropped at times with his form. Not a big stretch to see him getting offered a reduced contract, although it is a bit concerning if some of the rest of that is true.

I'm sure list management will be really tense this year, with a lot of hard decisions to be made. I'm following the trade whisperer, he must have deleted all his tweets from last year, as he has 12k followers. I don't like his style of requesting likes to to release information, but it's information that I can share, which differs from others. Whether he's right or not is another thing.
Only a 350-400k player who can barely get on the park and is bad at disposal and turnovers. Think it's a lose lose situation for both parties. Not worth more than a pick in the 27- 35 range so should jump at anything above it.
Crow's will hope Edwards nominate the club as father son and a later pick for academy Borlase who are guns. Two early draft picks to pick up a few more gun mids before matching bids. Might even get Hately for a pick around the 20s by cutting Crouch.
