I'm taking the punt on 6 mid pricers.

Sucking, D Thomas, Sandilands, Wright, Caddy, Higgins.

Why not eh? Got nothing to lose. Surely 4 of those will be alright. The other two...probably Higgins and Caddy/Wright can be corrected.

If a decent fwd rookie option presents itself before round 1, then Higgins goes.
I've got all 6 too

If you are starting with mid-pricers (6), how many keepers are you starting with?

Just thought that I would re-open one of my threads from last season.
I think it was a little useful last year and I hope it is again this year..

I think this year there will be a lot of coaches starting with more stepping stones/mid pricers than previous years, willing to take the risks with players like Luey, Big Bell, Cruz, Rich & so on.
Personally I've gone more the way of Guns & Rookies, after being burnt in previous seasons when picking to many risky players. Personally I feel that any more than 4 mid pricers is like trying to win the lottery.
Week by week one will get good numbers, than the others fail. This year the lucky number is 2 & the lucky players that made the cut are Big Bellchambers & Rich.
Keeping a close eye on B.Waters & L.Neale.
