Norman A. Chad is a famous sportswriter and syndicated columnist currently working for ESPN. Other than working for ESPN, he also worked for Washington Post as their sports writer.
One advantage with having F/R Ceglar is that he could be a ruck replacement if one of your ruckmen has a short term injury (assuming you have F/R Comben as R3).
