Im tossing up fwds in that same price range. Marshall, Hind, De Goey, Dale.
I want Hind I think but Marshall is cheaper, I dunno. Just want a guy who can average 90+ and play every game from here, St's have a tougher run than the Bombers.
On that basis I'd go Dale as the value option most likely to play all games at 90+

I agree with cP. I’d 100% be grabbing Reeves if it opens up the possibility to grab a ultra premium level player (on any line), particularly if Dunks looks like he hasn’t missed a beat this week. Reeves is more of a chance to be cover for Grundy/Gawn than CCJ I think for the run home.
Yeah I've only got 2 trades so probably prefer to hold with so many rounds to go. Reeves may or may not be there when needed, Lynch an option if Grundy goes down but tough gig yeah.

Highmore to Reeves
Weightman to Dunkley

anything over 140 and Dunkley becomes a risk of not being to get next week, unless I skip Reeves.

tight league game, thinking roll the dice. Libba out, 1-2 weeks for Dunkley to get match fitness is what Bevo said.

Worth trading J Bowes to J Short? I have 4 trades left and need to win remaining league games to make finals. Bowes averaging 75 and Short with Houli out looks a no brainer to remove a negative POD?

Yes? No?

If it's a must win situation, that seems like a pretty good trade. No point having 4 left if you're out of finals (assuming you're league-focused).

I agree that Short should benefit from Houli out, and Bowes hasn't scored 90 in five games since getting injured.

Is it worth going Daniher to Parker for the cash grab? Would set me up to grab Dunkley next week. I have 5 trades left.

I’m not as bearish on Daniher as many (Bris have a good draw), and am unsure on Parker’s JS, but if it lets you get Dunkley with 3 trades left, that sounds pretty good to me. Especially if you do rate Parker’s JS/you have a decent F7.

Upgrading Cripps, can afford anyone except Bont, Parish and Miller. Already have Merret, Walsh, Oliver, Macrae, Steele, Mitchell and Taranto.

Tossing up Petracca or Mills (Laird to mid) or is there any better options? Probably should have gone Neale.

Dusty injury makes me re-think maybe dont spend all my cash on Dunkley this week.

Instead Weightman to JDG (which has been an effective swap for Bolton, now looking a little wasteful).

Can then consider luxury upgrades (incl Dusty if out for 2 weeks) or push for a 23rd player. Not something I have loved to do, however, if it is Dunkley in two weeks then it may make sense (will depend on price Brambles gets to).

I would go Petracca…. Has a much higher ceiling than Mills….also has a pretty favourable draw for league finals with Adelaide in the prelim and Geelong in the grand final ( whom Petracca scored 146 against earlier in the year….)

Mills, on a very impressive ton streak at the moment. Bloody handy finals fixture too (ESS, StK, NM, GC)
