He had 36 and 13 tackles in that game, massive points on offer because game was close
Also 22 CPs. The final qtr aspect is true though, he had a huge 4th qtr which would have been weighted more due to the closeness.

Haha nah me too. Haven't really had a need for him tbh but his scores have been premium like so i've gained nothing by upgrading and instead could've just grabbed him with 200k extra in the kitty.

Didn't start with an R/F rookie unfortunately :p
Yep, me either. Will definitely be starting next year with a R/F rookie/FD.

I'm thinking of looping Pav tonight if Charlie Cameron isn't named
Was thinking of doing the same thing but my other fwd is Ambrose who would've actually cost me points last week if i'd not taken Pav's 48 or whatever it was

Ambrose can play well sometimes, if you're lucky :p
Mine is McGovern who still managed to score 47 last week in torrid conditions (1 point less than Pav anyway).
It's a calculated risk that I'm willing to take.

Shoenmaker's twin set to debut..maybe to play on Buddy??

Steinberg elevated from rookie list, set for Bombers' debut

ESSENDON has elevated defender Ariel Steinberg to the club's senior list ahead of Friday night's SCG clash against the Sydney Swans.

The 21-year-old is yet to play a senior game since being recruited to the club with pick 31 in the 2010 NAB AFL Draft.

Although drafted as a forward, Steinberg has spent most of the VFL season in defence.

Bombers' general manager football operations, Rob Kerr, said Steinberg deserved his elevation to the senior list.

"Ariel has shown an ability over the last few seasons to play at both ends of the ground, taking on an important role as a key defender throughout the 2014 season."

Steinberg replaces Nick Kommer, who is on the club's long term injury list.

I was able to loophole Pav with Tex last week and that went fine. I'll be doing that again this week because things always work out the way you want them to in SC.

St Kilda has placed Tom Hickey on the long-term injury list, with Cam Shenton now upgraded from the rookie list in his place.
