Witherden's the safer option, IMO. Reckon he's good for 60-100; whereas Ryan could go 30-130. If you think you're in with a chance at the Weekly, go Ryan; if you want to be safe, go Witherden.

I have witherden currently, no chance of weekly. Someone will go 2800+ this week

Looking at your team mate u haven't many options to take dangers score.

Only possible way is
U need to bench dusty and hope he stays under 113.5 due to Lloyd being emergency
If he scores more than this then you will be effectively losing points (see below)

Danger c 292 + lloyds 81 = 373
Danger vc 146 + dusty 226 = 372

As for who to field in def I'd be going with witherden just over Ryan

18/1947 (Danger C), Bloody Harbrow and The Bont probably robbed me of a 2500+ score this week and my highest score of the year. Should still be good for 2400. One trade left and I can feel a rage trade coming on next week for sure.

If you have Strnadica and a ruckman who hasn't played yet, you can put Strandica on field, put the ruckman on the bench, put the C on Strnadica and an E on the Ruckman (assuming you haven't used all 4 emergencies), and you'll get Danger's VC score.

If you want Dangerfield as Captain, assuming you have the VC on him, why not put Bolton the ground for Fyfe, put the C on Bolton and the E on Fyfe?
If you already have an E sitting on Partington, you might want to rethink that.

If you have the E on Partington, it comes down to:

344 + Dusty's points for Danger (C) + Partington's 52

v

146 + Fyfe + Dusty x 2

Which means, if you take the latter:

(146 + Fyfe + Dusty x 2) - (344 + Dusty) = Fyfe + Dusty >= 198 for the latter to be better.

So, if you have the E on Partington, I think you just have to suck it up, and back Dusty + Fyfe to go greater than 198, and miss Danger's score for your Captain score.
If you don't have an E on Partington, the choice is easy!
