Just looking at players under $ 450 k that have started well.

Pity you don't have Williams or Cameron , could have done something with Dunkley & Grundy.

Petracca & Simpkin seem the popular ones this round , you were captain of the Bailey Smith fanclub last year can you get him ?
Good last year as rookie, boy has he got better in his second year, tempted but don't know if he can pull a Clarry. Trac and Simpkin my preference at this stage I think, following the herd maybe though.

One hell of a talent.

I am locking in my Jacobs - > Naismith (R3) trade unless Naismith is a late out.

Not sure now whether to use my second trade or not , the majority of my rookies still have $$$ to make , the one I could upgrade is Noble but even he might have some more $$$ to make.

Have Simpkin , Petracca , Smith on my list + Wingard , Butler , Ceglar.

Now tossing up whether Libba of Mc Grath might be better.

Have you go through the sums and make sure I have enough $$$ to get Whitfield , can't see 1 down/Taylor up working.

Need to sit down and start working out how much $$$ I need for upgrades.

in rough terms, Rivers priced at 25 and Naismith at 50. Naismith greater $$ return and Rivers better ROIC based on your projections.

Rivers $200k and Naismith $275k.

I also possess this power, as some other SuperCoaches, to reverse a player's performance after I make a trade.
I am thinking of testing this power with STKs B long and D Butler. OUT Long & IN Butler.

B Long - $324,700 - Avg72 - BE 84 - Rd Scores 118, 41 & 57
D Butler - $344,5006 - Avg102 - BE -41 - Rd Scores 69, 115 & 124

I'm tempted to take advantage of Butler's BE -41, to make some money and get on field bonus points.

I fear that, as soon as I make the trade, their scoring will reverse, hmmm.

One problem is that I only know that Butler was traded in from RIC.
If I thought, for one minute, that Butler could end up a Keeper, then I wouldn't hesitate to trade him in.

Does anybody think he could be a Keeper, and why you think that?

Kinda pissed I traded Naismith last week now. But, I think it'll be too difficult trying to stuff around finding cash to get him into R3.

Would rather grab Simpkin and get the points on field at this stage. Pittonet can hopefully keep doing his thing at R2 for me.

The issue with Naismith as I see it, is that he is no longer a solo ruck. Sinclair and McLean both rucked for the Swans last week, and neither got dropped, so I’m not sure Naismith tons up this week, maybe 80’s is a more realistic expectation. If you have him great, but I think he is a questionable trade in target given his injury history and a crowded Swans ruck.

I was going to lock in Xerri to Naismith to keep him on my bench as a cash cow and the last 2 posts are the only alternative views I've seen. Thank you.

Im considering just keeping my powder dry this week.

Noble to Doedee is in consideration but that just feels like a sideways midprice trade.

Sturt > Fort
Pickett / Noble > Williamson / Hamill

Forts gonna get monstered, but rucks are getting free points this year so I'm jumping on, even if it's only for 4 weeks.
