Young --> Chapman
Dow --> Premium (probably any line you want via various popular DPPs this year)

Looks an obvious set of trades then to me. Seems silly to sit on Young if he's injured, and with the low score in his cycle, going to take a bit to get him moving again cash wise.
True but premiums are very scary this year. Perhaps Lloyd would be the safest until the midfield sort themselves out.

If I can avoid injuries to key players this week, possibly none.

Realistically, likely to be one, pretty sure having Highmore and Sharp, if they don't get back in could end in disaster. So likely one will become Chapman.
I have both, but have more faith that Highmore gets back soon.
Sharp may be less consistent with his game time.

Parks looked pretty handy too I thought. Looked better than Williamson.

Seemed to be a more of a defensively minded type which actually seemed to be a positive for Doch/Saad types who could then agress more (esp Doch who I think might’ve been playing a bit more defensively in the earlier rounds). Not a great sign for Parks’ scoring potential but perhaps good for his JS?

Would be interested in blues supporters thoughts as he is at a nicer price point than chapman (altho far less cash gen potential).

Depending on what happens today, I'm likely to just do Caldwell to Ridley this week.

Hope Waterman keeps getting picked, I liked his game against the Saints and may be a Rd5 target to turn Tex into Gawn.

I've got no idea what to do this week. Need to get rid of Young and Dow, but think I'm in a real pickle. Any thoughts? I'm thinking maybe Young to Chapman and Dow to Ziebell, but worried that exposes me in the defence... Feel like I'm falling behind. 1617583487355.png

At $102k 50s isn't a bad return if the player is getting games, can sit at d8 and slowly accumulate, there is always potential for a spike game as well.

I think he was very solid on debut and can see him replacing Williamson.

Was pretty impressed with Parks yesterday, made a few little mistakes which is to be expected from a first gamer. I have always been a big fan of Williamson so my view will be a little swayed. Just feel like Williamson offers a good amount on offence as he takes the game on, however does get caught out on defence so Parks is better in that regard. That role is completely up for grabs so no one has great JS, SPS has been playing half back for over a year now but I'm hoping that changes soon as he isn't a defender. Marchbank will be one who certainly comes back into the best 22, but unfortunately is always injured. Also expect Stocker is not far away at all at coming into the side. I personally will be watching Parks for another week before I maybe take a punt on him

I prefer Docherty being more offensive minded rather than having to play more defensively like he did in the first two games with Williamson also being defensive liability. Parks freed up Doch a fair bit yesterday. Don't want to see Doch one on one deep in the backline a against a Dustin Martin or Mihocek again.

Yep 100% agree with you. When Marchbank returns it will help everyone. But yes the role Parks played yesterday certainly helped Doch play his best role

Gee a lot of negativity on Clark and he hasn't even played today. Maybe he'll ton up ... ok that's probably a stretch. :giggle:

Also slight buyer beware on bringing in the Riddler this week. Playing the Swans this Thursday which are pure fantasy killers right now. Of course I get it you need him now before he's rockets past $700K in another few weeks but just temper expectations.

You might not get your $600K's worth this week at least. The Swans kind of force you to play very accountable footy in defence with all their dangerous kids. So already looking forward to the comments if he bangs out a 60 in Rd4. :devilish:
