From r13-23 he played 9 games for an average of 90.6 ppg, also played 3 games early in the season for a 39.3 ppg average.
Underpriced for me, no Cox and WC have shown that both of their Rucks can average well.
Priced at 77 if he can go at 90 like the end of last year he can cover F6,7 for the year as well as Ruck if he needs to (all going to plan).
Well said. A lot of people seem to be doubting Lycett's ability to score well with Nic Nat as lead ruck... In those Round 13-23 games he played 3 of those games with
3 ruckmen!!... In those 3 games he averaged 86.66. In that period he also played 4 of those games with just him and Nic Nat for an average of 92.25.
The other point is those games from Round 13-23 where just his
14th-22nd career games!!
He is young, hungry to play regular AFL footy, and now has the opportunity. He will not go backwards in his average.
People are way to carried away with Sinclair's first 2 pre-season games. He is not the next Simon Madden or Dean Cox, and won't be rushed into the team as soon as he is fit again. Lycett will have to play some seriously bad footy for a fair period of time before he is dropped. He along with NN are our ruck future.
